Cancellation Policy

One-to-One Lessons

• A one-to-one lesson slot is secured upon full payment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice before the lesson time.
• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.

Group Sessions & Workshops

• Group session and workshop bookings are handled through Eventbrite.
• As per the Eventbrite refund guidelines for these workshops, refund requests must be made at least 14 days before the workshop date.
• Refund requests made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
• If Cambridge Handpan School needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer option where available.
